When will moonøsun ship my order?
We ship orders every Full Moon and New Moon.
The upcoming Full Moon / New Moon ship-out date is indicated on our Home page, Checkout page and side tabs. Please complete your Payment transactions before the indicated date for a timely delivery. Once passed, it will be updated automatically to show the next Full Moon / New Moon ship-out date.

Why Full Moon / New Moon?
Full Moon represents Abundance, Manifestation, Achievement, Wholeness and Completion.
New Moon represents Hope, Creation, Transcendence, New Beginning and Refreshment.
We hope to deliver to you such energies at the highest vibrations.

From where will my order be shipped out?
From time to time moonøsun drifts to a new location on Earth and discovers new items to add to our Ønline Store collections.

Our Current Location: Hong Kong, Southeast Asia.

How long does shipping take?
Local Shipping: once we ship your order it should arrive within 2-6 business days.

International Shipping: once we ship your order it should arrive within 2-3 weeks.

Is my shipment safely protected?
Tracking Code is included in both Local and International Shippings.
Damage/Loss Insurance is included in International Shippings.
We do our best to package items neatly and securely in order to prevent damage. However, moonøsun cannot be held accountable for damage or loss that occurs during shipping and issues beyond our control, such as customs patrol opening the packages.

How can I track my order?
All orders include a Tracking Code. Once we shipped your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with such code and corresponding link for tracking your order. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please let us know at However, please note that for some countries the tracking does not update once clearing customs.

Are customs or duty fees included in the order?
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover customs or duty fees for international orders.

I am sending someone a gift.
If you would like specific details (prices, shipping and billing addresses) omitted from the printed invoice or include a specific message, please specify in the Notes and Comments box on the Payment Details page during Checkout.

My order was lost or damaged, what do I do?
In the event of a lost package or damaged item please contact us immediately and we will address the specific issue.

For International Shipping please wait 5 weeks from the time we sent you a shipping confirmation email before assuming the item is lost.

For damaged goods you must contact us immediately when you receive the item and notice the damage. Please contact us at and include clear photographs of the damage (preferably full portraits and close-ups from more than one angle). Please keep the item and any related pieces and packaging all together and in the same condition when you received them as much as possible until we feedback to you with further instructions.
